The man behind SBT Essence, Sonny Bernaud Tchaka, is first and foremost a world citizen, and wants to be recognised as such. An uncompromising defender of African values, he is nonetheless open-minded, freely mixing styles and cultures to create something unique and original. This makes him a fashion ambassador of Africa's cultural diversity.
Through this mixology, SBT Essence symbolically unifies the world into one, carried on the back of fashion design.
